Dismantling of existing EOT Crane (5 Ton) with the help of hydraulic lifters, hydraulics straightened & heavy labour at site.

Repairing of Flexible DSL with its couplers, counter plate, GI wire, holding & testing existing motors and other electric accessories etc.

Supply of Pendent 8 ways (6+2) for above mentioned hoist.

Repairing of the reel of the drum along with bracket, GM bush & keys.

Repairing of Electrical Panel with the required material; (Contactors, Transformer, Relay).

Repairing of power trolley of above existing hoist.

Repairing of Pinion & Shaft of existing gear box.

Replacement of Limit switches for Up- Down & Cross Travel.

Cleaning, Oil/ Greasing and Compound (wire rope).

Re-assembled Panel Box, Wire Rope, Limit Switch etc.

Cleaning, rubbing and painting charge on complete crane and girder for LT & CT with all requisite safety equipment and technical measures shall be ensured during painting of girder at elevated levels.

Complete welding, turning, alignment of main drum shaft with its bush & threaded, balancing the drum with counter gears.
