| 1 | Disconnection of Electric connections of motor from panel to starter and motor & associated cables with the help of manual labour, tools and tackles as required at site taking all safety measures. |
| 2 | Decoupling the pump and motor after removing the tyre coupling by opening of the nuts, bolts etc. The job includes closing of suction and delivery side sluice valve and removing the taper, bends etc. as per site requirement and then taking them to a suitable place in the pump house. |
| 3 | Dismantling the pump set from the MS Base frame by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter, tools & heavy labour as required at site and removing of upper dome of the pump, taking out the rotating assembly and taking to a suitable place outside pump house. |
| 4 | Breaking of concrete foundation with hydraulic hammer & dismantling of existing MS base frame from CC foundation by cutting of foundation bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking out with the help of heavy manual labour & taking all safety measures as required at site. |
| 5 | Recasting/ Strengthening of RCC foundation, re-grouting of foundation bolts and making wet layer of cement for the foundation including shuttering etc. as required to increase the strength of foundation by cement concrete work with the manual labour. |
| 6 | Making / fabrication and supply of MS base frame with antirust G.I. coating suitable for pump and motor existing at site. The base frame should be made MS channel of required/ existing size of channel. I/c.6 no’s vibration Pad, drilling/ machining and painting as required, Approx. foundation size. 4.5.X2.5 feet. |

| 13 | Coupling of Pump and motor after fixing of couplings & making proper alignment of pump and motor on the base frame. |
| 14 | Making electric connections of motor with starter and panel with proper thimbling, taping etc. and making end terminations, routing of cable as per site requirement. |
| 15 | Making alignment of pump with the motor, then testing & commissioning of motor Pump-set with all E&M equipment after opening of Suction & delivery valves first at No-load and then on Full-load condition. |
