Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of workers.

Making the temporary arrangement for removing of media by using of MS sheet, wooden planks, balli and other required supporting material etc as per job requirement.

Taking out of media from filter bed nearby joints of air line for making the easily workable place to execute the work properly with the help of manual labour and working equipments.

Dismantling of old worn-out Air line after cutting of all rusted nut bolts and dismantling of all flanges joints with the help of gas cutter and other tools & tackles as required. Taking out of all old material from the filter bed by material handling equipments and manual labour and disposal by the instruction of site engineer, in-charge.

Repairing of Air valve by replacement of spindle with nut, GM ring, lock with pin shaft etc as per job requirement. The job includes dismantling and assembling charges.

Providing and Fixing of Airline as per existing with all fitment accessories like MS pipe (18 mtr.), bend (2 nos), tee (2 nos), flanges (18 nos), by using of nut bolts, washer and rubber packing, tightly fitting of all flanges joint for avoid the leakage. Including the complete welding work of flanges, bend, tee and other joints and cutting, grinding, finishing of edges as per job requirement. Also includes the cost of all supplied MS material.

Refilling of media into the filter bed after completion of work, including the cost of filtering the media through a mesh.

Painting & primer with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per existing shade. Make of paint – Berger / Asian / Nerolac

Testing & commissioning of complete air line for checking leakages on full load.
