Name of Work:- A/R & M/O to various roads under PWD Division East Roads/ (M-212), Delhi during 2025-26. (SH: Hiring and Operating tractor mounted PTO driven positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pumps set for Major drain along NH-24 under Sub Division ER-4 of East Road Division, PWD, Delhi).

Providing and Running Tractor PTO driven positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump of flow rate not less than 200cum/hour or more enhanced capacity of approved brand with 100/150 mm dia. Suction pipe and delivery pipe having length upto 50 meter, tractor of adequate HP, idling speed 540 rpm scalable to 600 rpm round the clock at site of work for pumping/bailing out drainage/rainy/storm water/ sump drain/ emergency dewatering of stagnated water of road surface etc., including all incidental charges as and when required including carriage of pump, positioning of pump, engaging driver round the clock in three shifts and necessary T & P as required for smooth running of pump complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate is for one pump per day along with Tractor & 3 drivers one in each shift (Day means 24hrs. of a day) & one beldar for night shift. The Contractor shall provide Smart Phone to Concerned drivers, GPS tracking device with 360 degree Sim based camera installed on tractor & Supervisors and share their number to the department on their letter heads. The contractor will ensure that such mobile numbers remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account & if contractor fails to provide and deploy Tractor & pump after direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative compensation of Rs. 25,000/- per day per pump will be recovered from contractor from his payment. The Pump will be deployed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
