The contractor will ensure that such mobile numbers remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account & if contractor fails to provide and deploy Tractor & pump after direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative compensation of Rs. 25,000/- per day per pump will be recovered from contractor from his payment. |
