Fabrication of L T Feeder Pillar Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction, of the minimum size 1000 X 800 X 400 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet, with provisions for cable entry from bottom and having chambers as described below and having separate door complete with locks etc. It should be complete in all respect along with painted through powder coating process. it should have complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed properly with complete mounting accessories as per requirement with complete internal connections of switchgears and control gears along with Making all the required wiring connections for all measuring and indicating instruments with all the accessories, thimbles, ferrules etc. complete in all respect as per requirement. The Panel should have insertions as per following details.Make for following Switchgears- L&T / Schneider / BCH/ C&S/ DJB approved. Make for following metering instruments -L&T/Schneider/AEMCCB of rating 350 Amp, 3 Pole, 36KA, 415V, AC.- 01No.Contactor 250 A, TP, 415V AC -2 Nos., Contactor 300 A, TP, 415V AC -1No.Timer for starter -1 No., Add on block 1 No + 1 NC -2 Nos. Supply / fabrication of base stand / frame made out of Angle Iron of suitable size for fixing the above Panel having height of minimum 300 mm and suitable for making outgoing /incoming cable entries in the panel.
