Maintaining and upkeep of Rest House at Mehat consisting 3 Nos. rooms, 1 No. Driver Room, 1 No.Drawing room, 1 No.Dining room alongwith kitchen, store room, verandah and 4 Nos. Bath-cum-Toilets neat, clean & worth living including attending to new occupants/visitors of Govt. / Semi Govt. / Pvt. organizations, HPSEB Ltd. Officers / Officials, Executives etc., cooking work consisting preparation of Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner and same shall be serviced in Dining room, Drawing room, Suits etc. as per the requirement of visitors i/c cleaning & sweeping of Barrage, Rest House, Official,cleaning & washing of Bed Sheets, Pillow covers, Towels, Sofa-Set loose covers, curtains, upkeep of flower beds, dressing of grass & watering in lawn, cleaning utensils of kitchen alongwith the fuel for kitchen, maintaining T&P, boarding and lodging articles as available in the Rest House alongwith the keys of all suits shall be the responsibility of contractor as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
