Kota stone slab flooring on 20mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime putty 1 surkhi 1 sand)laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of approved make and shade of size 600 mm × 600 x 10 mm, laid on cement mortar 1:3 including pointing with white cement slurry complete in all respects.
