Cleaning of all type of concrete /masonary surface by throughly brooming with wire brush & surface grinder to remove the plaster peeling, algae ,dust,dirt and all foreingn material consolidated on surface complete in all respect

Water proofing treatment on water tank on specified or marked area where heavy leakages are noticed such as bottom of tank and horizontal joints of RCC pannels of walls including cost of cutting holes in the concrete with chieseling hammering and fixing nozzles for injection grouting of water proof compound of reputed and and approved brand such as Perma-Grout or equivalent make at one foot interval to block voids or cappilaries to arrest complete leakages of RCC water retaining structures as per direction and satisfaction engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on inner wall surface of RCC water storage tank by applying cement slurry mixed with polymer water-proofing compound of approved brand such as Perma Hypercrete or equivalent make in ration 1:1 or as recommended by the company including cost of providing fibre mesh in first layer (over lap of joint of fabric mesh shall not be less then 10cm., final layer of well stirred slurry of cement polymeric water proofing compound such as Perma Hypercrete or equivalent make applied with brush in perpendicular direction complete with cost of cement and sand as per direction and satisfaction engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of Kirloskar/ Kilburn/ IVC/Fouress/ Gled/BHEL/ Leader/Kartar make Cast Steel Double flanged Non return Valve various dia of class-ASA 150 as per relavant IS standards withstand nominal seat pressure 20.00 KG/Cm sqr. Conforming to IS BS :1868/API -600(latest with up to date ammendments if any ) complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge having following nominal diameters: 100mm

Providing & fixing Cast Iron double flanged sluice valve various dia of Kirloskar /KSB/ Kilburn / BHEL/ Leader make of following dia and class PN- 1.6 capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 16.00kg/Cm2. (as per IS -780-1984 latest with up to date ammendments if any) complete in all respect as per diection and and satisfaction of engineer in charge .100mm

Providing wood work in frames of doors windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick.

White washing with lime on undercoated wall surface (Two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white.
