Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (including pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and trimming dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect.

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS tube (screwed and socked) in trenches of following diameter light grade including providing and fixing tube fittings such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately). 50 mm dia

Providing and fixing cast steel double flanged sluice valve as per IS:10611-1983 latest with upto date ammendments of Kirloskar/Leader/KSB/Pelican make of following diameter, ASA-150 including MS Flanges Table - 17, confirming to IS: 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as perescribed in relevant IS code i.e. IS: 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts, washers & specials etc. confirming to relevant IS code or latest with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorrosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. 65 mm dia class ASA-150

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible/monoblock booster pump set (water filled/air cooled as applicable) of standard make such as Kirloskar/KSB/BS or any other make approved by HP JSV, conforming to relevant IS codes (IS: 8034-1976 for submersible pump set / IS: 9079 latest for monoblock pump) with up-to-date amendments. The pump set shall be capable of handling 24.20 metre head with (+) 10% / (–) 15% variation in head and shall be operable on 240 volts single phase AC supply. The discharge shall be 2.40 litres per second in all leads and lifts, with 2 sets working and 2 sets standby, complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
