Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, including decomposed soft and hard rock, including chiselling wedging clearance of bushes etc. including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil in all lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement is to four sand is to eight graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) Second Class Bricks with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling. brackets and similar works with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
