Hiring of Tipper 10Cum/18 tonne capacity for disposing and transporting of surplus excavated material and shifting of any type of construction material in all leads as per directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period/execution shall be the absolute responsibility od owner of the machinery which shall have to be compensated by the contractor in all cases. The fuel and operational staff for machine will be provided by the owner at his own cost and repair & spare, watch and ward of the machine will also be borne by the contractor/owner. The daily log book will be maintained at site which shall be duly verified by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate including octroi, royalty.
