Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:

Providing/Laying Stone soling hand packed on level in foundation trenches incl all carraiges of material.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

20% Plum in 1:3:6 Mix Cement Concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

12 mm cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix.

Providing and fixing of Information sign board and three stage photographs (Pre, post and during execution)

Carriage of materials from the approved sources to work site by mechanical transport: Sand for an average lead of 30 Km.
