Consultancy charges for preparation of Internal Electrification drawing showing the installation of electrical equipments (i/c single line electrical wiring diagram, point wiring layout, power point wiring layout), preparation of installation layout drawing (for Air conditioning / HVAC / VRV system in the building), preparation of fire fitting service drawing as per NBC guidelines, preparation of detailed project report (DPR) as per latest DSR / prevailing market rates getting the design checked by Electrical Engineering department from IIT/NIT or any other Government college. The necessary clarification on points raised by proof checking authorities has to be submitted within the time frame given by them. The agency is fully responsible for vetting the electrical drawing / DPR from above institute and no extra payment shall made for getting the design vetted. 3 nos. complete set of structural drawings as on A2 size paper i/c soft copies shall be handed over by the agency to the department.
