All-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Window/ Split/ Multi-split/ Ductable/ Package type air-conditioning units as per details given in relevant sections, monitoring and maintaining environmental conditions of conditioned areas by deploying the required manpower including specialized manpower & by arranging required tools & plants etc. to maintain the environmental conditions of the conditioned area up-to required standards. Note: (1) Rates should be quoted per annum basis. (2) The rates shall be quoted excluding GST.GST shall be paid extra as applicable.
