| 1 | Providing, fabricating and fixing/ laying SS 304L sheet lining over flooring, vertical surfaces, kerb wall etc. In wet area, below tanks, pumps and other areas, using 2 mm/6mm thick sheet, fabrication, cutting the sheet to the required sizes, welding TIG or any approved method, corners and walls stiffened using angles or channels made out of sheet or any standard rolled sections, welding continuously, including installing lining or tanks in position, testing the welded joints using DP test and radiographic test complete as directed. Note: 1. Total joints of underground lining shall be tested for DP. |
| 2 | Supplying, handling, transporting to site of work and fixing approved CHEMICAL ANCHOR FASTENERS consisting of M8 fully threaded Grade SS304 with chemical (approved for use in cracked concrete), packed in flexible chemical foil or dual foil type (hilti HIT RE 10 or equivalent), to be used with the help of dispenser at specified positions on concrete floors, roofs, beams (sides and bottom), walls, columns etc. according to manufacturer's specifications including all accessories like nuts, washers etc. of required size, testing, necessary scaffolding, drilling of the holes in concrete surface with electric drill, cleaning of holes with air blowout & wire-brush and making good any damage done to the structure etc. all complete for all heights, depths and locations as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Providing plain cement plaster in cement mortar (1 cement:3 fine sand by volume) on masonry, PCC/ RCC including preperation of base, finishing, curing etc; before plastering. |
| 4 | Ordinary plain cement plaster Average 6 mm thick 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand). Cement supplied by the Contractor at their cost. |
| 5 | Supplying and fixing in place PVC Cement grout nipple lock type, including cleaning of surface, drilling, placing the NRC nipple in drilled hole, packing the nipple with 1:1 cement:sand mortar. |
| 6 | Supplying and pressure grouting with cement grout with fosroc Cebex 100 or equivalent as non shrink additive (mixed in ratio as per manufacturer specification) to cement, using cement grouting pump having capacity of 10kg/cc. The actual weight (in kg) of cement grouted will be used for measurement. |
| 7 | Dismantling very carefully the existing MS & SS structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats,MS gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed |
| 8 | Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed |
| 9 | Supplying, Laying and joining of pipes and specials including transportation of all material to work site, cutting of pipes if required, edge preparation, welding the after laying, installation of flanges, blind flanges, tapping for pressure gauges, temperature gauges and all other online instruments if required, fixing of nuts, bolts, gaskets and washers, hydro testing of the system, flushing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
