Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area (depth n.exc 50mm) and area n.exc. 400 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM of 7.5cm thick each (compacted thickness) incl necessary filling dubbing out where required with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to camber required (Limestone, sand stone, Fint or Quartzite) aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurface WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, unsurfaced water bound macadam and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) at 10Kg per 10 sqm, using bitumenous primer by means of mechanical paver, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with Paving bitumen VG-30 content of 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) as filling of pot holes and patch repair and correction of undulation / camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm on existing black top surface all as specified

M&L for bitumenous semi dense Asphastic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid/Spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over black top surfaces and rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road line painting with golden/yellow/white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on road providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.0mm thicks including reflectorised glass beads & 250 gm per sqm area, thicness of 2.0mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35, including cleaning of old road marking paint (if required), the finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free streaks and holes in addition where arrows of letters are to be provided thermostatic compound should be machine sprayed and the colour of compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) ofhigh efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.
