| 20 | Taking out old burnt out unserviceable Motor 3 HP capacity and transporting to workshop to facilitate the repair work and carrying out repair work as under:-(i) Strip opening of the burnt stator of 3 HP induction motor and taking out the burnt copper wire from stator.(ii) Cleaning of the stator slots and removing the unwanted deposit in the stator.(iii) M&L for rewinding of the motor with standard gauge super enameled copper wire and varnishing the same after rewinding including insulating materials etc.(iv) Assembling of the motor and transporting to the camp site for fixing in the door mechanism.(v) Testing for same for its operation to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
