| 7 | M&L for preparation of existing treatment of wall and cleaning the surfaces free from any dust, using wire brush and levelling the surface even and smooth using mechanical sander and finally applying water by pressure jet washer of max pressure of 170 bar with automatic pressure relief system. The following process shall be initiated only after the above surface preparations :-(a) Filling the surface cracks using crack seal compound on required consistency using electric mixer. (b) Filling the dents and holes using wall care putty in appropriate ratio using electric mixer.(c) Applying one or two coats of damp proof primer (primer coat) using Roller/ Painting brush. (d) Applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Anti algal weather coat 100% acrylic smooth emulsion paint using Roller/ Painting brush. |

| 21 | M & L for rendering 15mm thick (In two layers) - first layer 10mm thick with ready mix plaster and outer layer 5mm thick ready mix water proof plaster on outer wall by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1981, IS 2402-1963 and shall confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-15 Mpa/Bulk density 1600-1800 Kg/m3 and pull out bond strength -> 0.5 Mpa. Note: The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface , application as per instruction and scafolding upto 20mtr height all as per specified and directed. |
| 22 | Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2 Sqmm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
