Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers 75mm each grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. swe eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M & for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clear surfaces with gunny bags to remove dirt etc applying evenly a primming / tack coat with paving bitumen primer @5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete/ Bituminous Macadam complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: semi dense concrete/ Bituminous Macadam) will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with thickness (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,using VG 30 bitumen by mechanised paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolling to a smooth surface with 10 ton pneumatic roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road line painting 100mm wide or with as directed with golden yellow/white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bituminous road, providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5mm thick incl glass beads @ 250gm per sqm thickness 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied, glass beads as per IRC-35. The finish surface to be level and uniform and free from streaks and holes in addition where arrows or letter to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard spalayed.
