Job Work for rewinding a 400 KVA transformer (11kV/433V), Type: Oil-immersed distribution transformer, rewinding the primary (HT) coil and secondary (LT) coil with new copper conductors of appropriate gauge, using standard insulating materials (pressboard, varnish, spacers, sleeves, etc.) as per IS/IEC standards. Filtering the existing transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, and impurities, filling transformer oil up to specified level as per manufacturer`s guidelines, testing and commissioning at the site.
