Maintenance and operation of Main Water Works, repair of machinery, chlorinator, gen set, transformer, pipe line, sluice valve, horticulture works, cleaning and sweeping, watch and ward (day and night) of water works premises and all other works contingent thereto. Maintenance and operation of Main Water Works, repair of all machinery includes electric motor pump set, wiring panel board, chlorinator, Gen set, Transformer, pipelines, sluice valve, Maintenance up keeping of horticulture works, Cleaning and Sweeping, Watch and Ward (day and night) of Water Works premises and all other works contingent thereto for the period of 12 months w.e.f. date of allotment including EPF, ESIC, Contractor profit and other charges but excluding GST complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (per month)”.
