The units shall be of latest technology/latest generation of VRF system of the manufacturer and in successful operation for at least last three years. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. Individual Circuit and its Combination of single module units shall be as per approval of the engineer-in-charge. |
