| 1 | Sweeping & cleaning of colony area,Training center,club and DPH Multipurpose Hall and associted toilet block roads, approaches along with parties, general park area , around the residential and non-residential buildings of colony as per direction of Engineer in charge. Besides the above work, the work also includes cleaning of drains below 300 mm size, Bush cutting in parties .The Work includes all labour, material T& P etc.required for proper completion of work. Frequency of sweeping daily by 4 nos of sweepers and cleaning of drains twice a week. (One Job means daily sweeping of the above area and daily cleaning of drains for one month ). |

| 5 | Cleaning of Septic Tank by mechanical means i.e by using sludge removal pumps etc. including proper disposal of soil waste water and sludge etc. outside the periferry of colony ( upto a distance of 4-8 Kms) also including cost of all labour, T&P , transportation, hire charges of Tanker etc. required for proper completion of work ( the tank used for collection of soil waste water and sludge should not be less than 4500 litres capacity. |
| 6 | Supply Beldar/mazdoor/ Sweeper/Mali (unskilled) for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer In Charge for proper completion of the work in emergency with T&P as required. |
| 7 | Removal of debris / waste material / rubbish on road side / dismantaled refuses/ park / dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolly within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in-charge & safe disposal of the same out side the colony area including cost of all labour T& P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material required for the proper completiom of work. |
| 8 | Disposal of dead body of big animal like buffalo cow hourse etc. From colony area to outside the nigam' s premiss and dump the same after excavation the pit and sprinking the salt in sufficeint quality refiling the pit including supply of all material ,labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of work |

Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper, including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip/landslide/excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Including Supply of all material labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. |
| 13 | Hiring of Tempo trolley for Collecting domestic garbage of debris, door to door daily by labour/sweeper including all labour T&PEtc.and safe disposal of same by Tempo/tractor trolley in dump yard/specified area as per direction of Eng.in charge including for proper loading & unloading and disposal of wast any other material required for proper completion of work. |
