Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavatorincluding cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottomand side slopes, in accordance with requirements oflines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to theembankment location with all lifts and lead up to 1000 mas per Section-300 of the specifications.

Construction of Embankment/Sub-grade/EarthenShoulders with material obtained from othersources, as per provisions of Section 305 of thespecifications, with approved materials/soil confirming torequirements given in Table 301-1 of specificationsincluding all lead and lifts, including cost of watering,compaction by vibratory roller/heavy pneumatic typeroller etc. confirming to requirements given in Table 301-2 of the specifications complete

Construction of granular sub-base, spreading inuniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by Mix in Place Method at OMC and compactingwith vibratory roller of 80-100 KN Static weight to achievethe desired density, including all lifts and lead completein all respect as per Section-400 of the specifications.

Construction of Dowel jointed, Plain CementConcrete Pavement in M-30 Grade Concrete over aprepared sub base with 43 or higher grade cement,coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383maximum size of coarse aggregate

Deduct from Item No 6.2.1 & 6.2.2 above if paver withelectronic sensor/ mechanical paver, is not used andlaying is done by any other method

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Grade M-20with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, mixingshall be in mechanical mixer, laying with pavercompacting by use of pin, plate / screed vibratorsincluding form work by strong steel girders fixed byspikes, separation membrane 125 micron thick, includingcutting of joints @ 4 to 5 m interval and filling it with hotapplied bituminous sealant (without dowel bars) (max.thickness 20 cm).
