| 1 | Material and labour for disconnecting of defective burnt elect motor from pump after removing all connection like electrical, earthing etc. by using chain pulley or by other means without causing any damage to existing equipments, transportation to civil work-shop for repair/rewinding, Strip opening elect motor 10 to 12.5 HP, 3 Phase 440 Volts, 1440 RPM, 50 Cycle, removing of defective burnt winding of stator, cleaning of rotor and starter, rewinding the stator of motor with super enameled copper wire of suitable turn and gauge as per original including insulation material for insulation class ‘B’ varnishing and painting outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun, reassembling including replacement of ball bearings of same model and make, testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and connecting all as per original complete all as specified and directed. |
