To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in accepting letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractors %age as given in BOQ. OR (b) At such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 (G) of IAFW-2249. OR (c) At supplementary rates given in APP 'A' of Sch 'A'. NOTES:- (i) Tenderers shall insert percentage rate in 15th row i.e 'F' Column here in below. (ii) Tenderers shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the 16th Row of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/Below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II). (iii) If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with SSR. (iv) If no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as blank. (v) Amount inserted by MES under rate column and the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. The total work orders for various works/ services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount. The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES Schedule Rates Part-II 2020, duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.
