Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of MS down rod 'medium grade' 15mm dia of length 0.75m complete with making split holes, cut or threads at both end of pipe as required for hanging of ceiling fan including. painting of rod with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2.00 above but of length 1.50m.

S&F brushless direct current motor (BLDC) ceiling fan complete with blades(03Nos), suitable length of down rods, with remote control and accessories , 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep, Min air delivery 210 CMM with service value greater than 7.75 BEE. Five star rated, provide electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan terminal by providing flexible cable three core Copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 (3 Core x 0.50 Sqmm), ISI marked and write down MES Number on fan by black paint/Marker complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make :- Havells Model No. Efficiencia Neo BLDC FHCNF5SWHT48 or Crompton Model No.Groove Regmote or equivalent in Bajaj//Orient / make as specified in Particular Specifications as approved by GE.
