| 1 | Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :-(a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 500.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor.(ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc(iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. |
| 2 | Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/ sump/ septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L for cleaning of Sewage line of 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc. upto 1.5 m deep by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits out side of MD land in covered van/trolley,complete all as specified and directed. |

| 99 | M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a)Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. (b) M&L 25 thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth. (c) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight). (d) M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth.(e) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (f) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384. (g) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (h) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm.Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab. |
| 100 | M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/Bath & toilet executed in following stage:- Stage1:- Demolition of wc including lime concrete and cemennt concrete etc and preparing of surfaces of existing sunken portion of wc`s or bath etc with wire brush to removed all loose dirts, oil grease etc including removing debries from site of work etc. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturere`s instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr. Fixit Premeseal primer or equivelent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hrs) all as per manufacturer`s instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 micron or shilicry 215 of STP (The surfaces after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry for 6 hrs before next coats) Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturere`s instructions. Stage 6:- All CI joints shall be filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP all as per manufacturer`s instructions. Stage 7:- Making holes in walls and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spouts for draining of excess water if any. Note:- only plan area shall be measured for payment under this items. (b) Depth of suken portion of WC`s/ bath shall be upto 35 CM which is to be taken into account while coating the rate against this item. (c) The rate shall be quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticl treated surface of sunken portion of WC`s/baths. |
