Supply installation testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 20 KVA or nearest higher size available, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including AMF panel, suitable for ambient condition at Gwalior and confirming to condition under ISO 3046, IS 10002, BS 5514/5000 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every twelue hour duration and including the following accessories :-(A) Alternator :-Synchronous alternator rated at 20 KVA suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 volts at 0.8 p. f (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless,single bearing,self excited&self regulated with an AVR .The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to IS: 4722 : 2001 The salient features of the alternators are :-(a) +-1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions. (b) IP: 23 protections with class ‘H’ insulation. · (c) Permanent lubricating bearing. · (d) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS/BS complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- i) Fly wheel with housingii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts.iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade.Turbo charger typeExhaust manifoldSilencer : Residential typev) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by governer electric operated/ (as recommended by OEM) for 1% speed /frequecy regulation.Fuel filtersFuel hosesvi) Lub oil System :- Lubricating oil filter,Lubricating oil pumpvii) Air Intake System :- Air intake ManifoldAir cleaner dry typeviii) Governer electrical typeix) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battary charging alternator 12 Volts DC.x) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenance free of capacity 12 V, 150 AH- 01 No complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified.Start and stop push buttonIgnition key / SwitchRadiator with blower fan & first fill of coolant oilCorrosion inhibitor coolantDirect fuel injection system through governer mechanical type

xi) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as per standard manufacturing, iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolant temperature indicator, Battery volt display.xii) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temperature and over speeding of engine.xiii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexible couplingxiv) Accessories :- AVM Pads built- in or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames.xv) Base Frame : - Base frame is fabricated either in ISMC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame will be primer coated and painted. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting Diesel engine and alternator close coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure & control panel on it. The base frame is having provision of lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator.xvi) MS/Steel flexible pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.xvii) Battery Charger shall be provided as per manufacturer guidelines.xviii) 1 No battery of 12 V in charged condition with its leads.
