| 13 | NOTE : (Applicable for Sl iterm No 1.10 To 11(i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc.(ii) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC underground sump/semi under ground sump.(iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted for that shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate and electricity / diesel shall not be provided by the Department.(iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to complete the work inside each UG sump to prevent interruption of water supply to the users.(v) The date of cleaning and due date of cleaning must be painted with synthetic enamel paint on the out side of the front tank wall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge(vi) Cleaning of tank as per requirement. |

| 19 | Taking out old filter media of different grades/sizes of pressure filters one by one in layer and laying out manually including segregating useful materials etc complete all as specified and directed |
| 20 | Cleaning & washing of old serviceable filter media of different grades (taken out under item No 1.00 here-in-before) and repacking the retrieved/cleaned media in different layers complete all as specified and directed |
