Term contract for atrificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditons as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule of rates 2009 Part - I, 2009 with amendments 1 to 3 and MES schedule Part-II, 2020 with amendment no 01 to 122 during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule.Note:- (a) The estimated/Quoted amount shall not be given congnigence for acceptance. The quoted percentage shall be considered for acceptance in terms of contract condition. However, the estimated amount are mentioning as per SSR 2020 in NIT. (b) The tenderer shall insert the rates percentage at the 15th row and \\"F\\" column of this BOQ excel sheet by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) at 15th row and \\"E\\" column to quote the percentage above/beleow the SSR. Works shall be ordered as and when necessity arises.
