| 1 | M&L for cleaning and degermination inside water storage tank in seven stages including cleaning and sterilization through bacteriological treatment by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and Ultra violet ray for the following Water storage tank at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging/scaffolding. Seven stage are as under follows:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G10//Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical / as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge.(c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely.(d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound/ E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. Test certificate of chemical from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization. |
| 2 | (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200 W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor and free from any foreign and loose particles of any nature.(f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilization method by suing ultraviolet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall protable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria).(g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor, Roof and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agernt Terbac G 65/ Inoxi-60/ NB-69. |
| 3 | Note:- (i) Company will submit Govt Laboratory Test Certificate of Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. (ii) Entire T&P should be arranged by Contractor and safety of workmen is also contractor's resposibility. (iii) Date of Cleaning should be mentioned over the outer surface by synthetic enamelled paint with letter not less than 100mm height. (iv) The Contractor will not be allowed to do the work more than One day inside of each Water Storage Tank to prevent any interruption of water supply to the users. (v) The Contractor will be responsible for any rectification of complaints occur during cleaning of tank. (vi) Contrator deemed to have visited the site/ for understanding the scope of work.(vii) The work shall be carried out by Specialized Agency as Ray clean tech or equivalent agencies as approved by AGE. |
