Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: 1. Dismantling and removal of track chain pads & idler assembly of both sides (LHS+RHS). 2. Lifting of machine with the help of hydraulic jacks for dismantling of worn-out assembly. 3. Dismantling and removal of 16 nos. supporting wheel assembly & 02 nos. rear supporting wheel assembly with their shafts. 4. Cleaning of roller housing for welding and coaxial boring purpose. 5. Welding / rebuilding of housing up to required dimension for boring purpose. 6. Co-axial boring of 16 nos. supporting wheel assembly & 02 nos. rear supporting wheel assembly with their shafts. 7. Fitment of 16 nos. supporting wheel assembly & 02 nos. rear supporting wheel assembly with their shafts. 8. Descending machine with help of hydraulic jacks. 9. Fitment of track chain pads & idler assembly for both sides (LHS+RHS). 10. Testing of wheel assembly & lubrication system for undercarriage after fitment.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job likely to be 1. Highly Skilled (Supervisor) for 78 nos. manshifts, 2. Skilled Manpower (Fitter) for 132 nos. manshifts 3. Skilled Manpower (Welder) for 96 nos. manshifts 4. Semi-skilled for 192 nos. manshifts. & 5. Un-Skilled for 216 nos. of manshifts.

Labour charges for removal of track chain pads & idler assembly of both sides (LHS+RHS), lifting of the machine for dismantling of worn out assembly and removal of track rollers (16+2 nos.) for LHS+RHS including contractor's profit.

Labour charges for Welding / rebuilding of housing up to required dimension for boring purpose, cleaning, fitment of all 16+2 nos. wheels with grinding and washer setƫng for LHS+RHS (after co-axial boring of housings), descending of machine and fitment of track chain pads & idler assembly for both sides (LHS+RHS) including contractor's profit.
