Taking out of complete bar screen from Inlet channel by lifting it from the bottom of the channel with long boom hydra crane using all safety precautions and under water expert divers. Blocking of incoming effluent with gunny bags and sluice gates and making the bottom of channel (around 35 ft below ground) dry for dismantling and installation of screen.

Dismantling complete screen and its spares for repairing work and taking out all parts of bar screen from its position and cleaning the entire screen properly with chemical.

Arrangement of safety equipments as per NHRC guidelines and special arrangement of safety equipments for deep sewer works like portable oxygen cylinders, body suits, safety belts, oxygen masks etc.

Cleaning of bar screen chamber of its floating material and heavy malba accumulated at the bottom of the chamber with specialized labour and taking it out and disposing the same at suitable location.

Replacement of SS 304 roller chain, SS 304 lower and upper sprockets, bearings, couplers for rake plate, springs from the screen by dismantling old spares and installing new spares for its proper functioning.

Repairing of motor and gearbox with chain mounted on screen by replacing damaged gears, carbon brush, seals etc. for automatic operation of screen.

Assembling of complete screen at site after cleaning it thoroughly and installing new spares at their respective location after taking out damaged parts and making screen operational.

Making Level sensing arrangement by supply & installing mechanical level sensors and integrating it with automation control panel of screen to make it operational at specified level and switching of the screen at low level of sump by auto cutoff.

Mechanical straightening of screen which is bent due to weight and pressure of incoming floating material and repairing its damaged portions with welding and grinding work.

Replacement of Electrical control panel by dismantling the old panel and re installing the new panel with MS angle, MS strips, Nut bolt etc.

Strengthening of existing civil structure with required CC work of channel and platform for proper mounting of Screen and conveyor belt machine.
