No extra payment will be made for this change. If the B.C. is found more than 8 T/m2 as per testing report than the design of OHT shall be done at B.C 8 T/m2 and depth 2.50 m or the depth suggested by testing agency (greater of the two depths). All other details of tank not covered here shall also be as per specifications enclosed. ITEM 1.03 & 1.04 ARE SOME DETAILS (NOT LIMITED TO) OF WORK WHICH ARE TO BE DONE DURING CONSTRUCTION OF OHT AND THEIR COST IS INCLUDED IN ITEM 1.02. (NO EXTRA PAYMENT WILL BE CLAIMED/MADE). |

R.C.C. work will be strictly as per approved design including fixing various pipes and S.S ventilator at the top and fixing of S.S. sheet of 10 mm gauge manhole cover of 60 cm x 60 cm size with frame and locking arrangement and railing including supply of all material complete in all respect. Water bar's / water stoppers of 18mm gauge and 30 cm wide (15cm below the joint and 15cm above the joint) along the joint of cylindrical wall of over head tank at every lift / joint should be provided.Supply and fixing of S.S. ladder, inside the tank body from roof to the bottom dome of the tank in a slope of 3: 1 (3 vertical: 1 horizontal) with railing as specified.Railing on staircase & its landings, all around balcony & top dome for access up to ventilator as per specifications including supply of all material. Railing shall be provided in three rows of G.I. pipe (medium) 20mm dia. (min.). Jal Nigam (Urban), year of construction, capacity of O.H.T. with staging and slogan approved by Engineer in charge shall be painted prominently in Block Letters not less than 30 cm in height. Testing of tank for water tightness as per specifications enclosed/ as per CPHEEO Manual including supply of water. Trial & Run of 3 months, maintenance of work ( till handing over or date of shedule complision whichever is later) and defect liability period of 12 months after handing over to Nagar Palika Parishad Muzaffarnagar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect.Cost Included in Item 1.02 |
