| 2 | De-scaling of Air Handling Units installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of holding of all butterfly valves of chiller line, circulating of de-scaling chemical twice for at least 90 minutes in tubes with the help of water pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, and supplying of water. Job also includes blower alignment for vibration control. Testing of AHUs on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro charges including all sort of taxes. |
| 3 | Servicing and De-scaling of cooling tower installed at Hon’ble High Court Jammu by way of opening of main header pipes, sub header pipes and nozzle. Draining out all the scaled water from condenser line with the help of circulation of descaling reagent. The process of circulation is repeated till all the chemical and scaling is removed from the condenser line. Job also involves sprinkling of de-scaling reagent on the fins with the help of special type of Jet Pump to remove scaling on the fins for proper evaporative cooling of warm condenser line water. The job involves removing of accumulated debris in basin and distribution system, cleaning of material of internal packing with de-scaling liquid and repairs to sprinkler. |
| 4 | Complete repairs to the electric control panel of 15hp Monoblock pumps, 20hp Monoblock pumps, cooling towers & AHUs by way of p/f of HRC fuses-63amp, contactors (25, 32, 45) Amps, single phase preventers, connectors, relays and replacement of burnt/damaged wiring in place of damaged ones. | 5 | Repairs to centrifugal mono-block condenser pump-motor of 20hp by way of dismantling the mono-block pumps after disconnecting its electrical supply and closing the butterfly valves, shifting of same to the workshop. Detaching of motor assembly from the pump then complete rewinding of the motor with proper copper conductor. The job includes providing and fitting of mechanical seals & bearings set in place of damaged ones. Job includes repairs to the shaft by way of depositing the material on the shaft by welding then turning & grinding on the lathe machine in order to make it to the required size. Shifting the same back to site, fitting into the slot. Complete job, includes cost of material, labor charges, to and fro carriage, taxes etc. |

Complete job, includes cost of material, labor charges, to and fro carriage, taxes etc. |
| 8 | Repairs to the 500 KVA oil cooled automatic voltage controlled Servo stabilizer feeding to AC plants of by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and dismantling of stabilizer by way of unfastening nuts & bolts of top cover. Job includes replacement of servo sensing card-03Nos, trigger transformer-03Nos, RC network-02Nos. The job includes replacement of burnt internal wiring with new one and proper thimbling & tapping. Making connections of voltage stabilizer on input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes servicing of bus-bar by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles in place of burnt/damaged by crimping tool then testing the stabilizer on full load. Reassembling of servo voltage stabilizer, making electrical connections and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours then testing the stabilizer on full load. Complete job includes, cost of material, carriage, service charges, taxes etc and allied works upto testing.
