Supplying composite Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) gratings of 40MM height . Load capacity should be 10 MT for width upto 300MM, 8 to 5MT for width from 300 MM to 450MM and 5MT TO 1 MT for width from 450MM to 600MM of make THERMODRAIN brand as directed by Engineer in charge. Material of the product should conform to IS 1726 and BSEN 124 for load test and permanent set. Average Wall thickness should be 8 mm. FRP shallcomprise of 60% resin and 40% Fibre glass with no filler content. Weight should not be more than 22 Kg/sq. meter. Mesh sizes is 34X34mm. For all dimensions, the allowable size variations should be +/- 2mm. Material of grating should be resistant to sunlight (UV Stabilised), chemical water and sewerage water. It should have high impact resistance,should be flexible and not brittle.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : derived from natural sources: 4 graded sone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
