Providing and laying 15mm thick synthetic jogging track EPDM (9mm SBR Crumb Rubber as track bottom Cushion Layer 6mm EPDM Colour Granules top layer) of approved make COLORSPACE F/COLORPLAY/BSG/NOVAL with test reports of certified NABL lab, origin Of EPDM USA and EUROPE and equivalent. EPDM Granules shall have following minimum properties 00 Polymer content )22%, (u) Hardness of 55-65 Shore A [per ASTM D2240): (ii) Tensile Strength of )5 MPa (per ASTM D412): (iv) Elongation )500% (as per ASTM D412): (v) Density of 1.6 kg/cum (per ASTM D792). (vi) High UV rating of 3-5 on grayscale, (vi) VOC less than 3.0.0 ww/1 [viii] Combustibility less than40 mm /m: (ix) Anti-Microbial and Anti-Fungal Tested material, and shall be laid in three layers.[1] First step shall be the application of single component Polyurethane based primer coating Layer: PU binder shall have a specific gravity of 1.05 the appearance of clear pale yellow and viscosity of 350- 2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes 2. The second layer shall be an impact attenuating cushion layer of 9mm thick black crumb rubber/SBR adhered with a polyurethane binder and PU binder shall have a specific gravity of 1.05: the appearance of clear pale yellow and viscosity of 350- 2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes of to form a resilient porous layer. Crumb rubber /SBR shall be mixed with a minimum of 14% -16% of single-component PU base binder so as to ensure that PU binder provides 100% coating of the SBR/crumb rubber particles. The third step shall be laying a 6mm EPDM GRANULES top layer with at minimum 18% binder of single component polyurethane and shall provide 100% coating of the EPDM granules particles Design on the base top layer by a specialized team of installers according to the specification of approved material and shade. The detailed technical specifications of EPDM flooring material properties, application procedure, testing. etc. are attached herewith for compliance. The documentary evidence has to be produced. for the procurement of material for the manufacturer`s test certificate. An undertaking is to be furnished by the agency that surface system is tested EN 1177 For shock absorption report of SPORTS LAB approved by IAAF WORLD Athletics’ company has not been blacklisted by lAAF/Sports Authority of India/ World Athletics’IAAF means earlier `international Association of Athletics Federations or World Athletics now. The work shall be carried out by the manufacturer`s approved applicator and the prospective bidder should produce a letter from the approved manufacturer prior to submission of bid and strictly to the technical specifications and satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
