| 7 | 1 MPS (MAIN PUMPING STATION): Design, construction and commissioning of MPS for 1.00 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, wet well sump complete in all respect as per detail and specifications mentioned in attached additional documents along with following provisions: 1.1 Providing, fixing and commissioning of 5 non clog sewage submersible pumping sets as per IS marked ie. 1 of 2100, 2 of 700 and 2 of 400 LPM having minimum head of 20 m along with making all arrangement including sluice valves, Non return valves, specials, flanged individual and common delivery pipes, suitable size LT panel boards and suitable size cable from LT panel to pumps, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank, complete in all respect as per specification mentioned in attached additional documents. 1.2 Suitable size (as per design) K9 DI pipe at MPS for interconnecting the structures including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect 1.3 Suitable size (as per design and requirement) Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) for screens and partition of tank as per design. 1.4 Supply and installation of 2 mechanical coarse screen (SS 304) suitable for 1.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respect. 1.5 Conveyance of raw sewage from MPS to inlet chamber of STP through suitable size (as per design) DI pipe along with cost of DI pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labour complete in all respect. 1.6 All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. 1.7 Raw sewage will be available near boundary wall within the premises of proposed MPS but the conveyance of sewage from this terminal point to the inlet chamber of MPS through DI K9 pipe of suitable diameter as per design is included in the Turnkey contract. The Level of the MPS / STP will be as per bed level of existing incoming sewer at MPS. |
