Complete overhauling and servicing of OPU's for Unit-III & Unit-IV (Make- Rexroth). Detail of activites to be carried out:-Complete inspection, dismantling, servicing, and re-assembly to restore performance. Draining of oil if required, Dismantling and Removal of pumps, motors, filters, valves etc. Opening of housings and pipelines. Physical inspection of all hydraulic components, Operation & checking of hydraulic system. Observation of all parameters, Settings to be checked and corrected as per hydraulic circuit, Logic checking for all hydraulic operations i.e. loading / unloading , switching on low level / high level, DR settings on pump, safety settings, Healthiness check of servo motors for deflectors., Checking of servo motors for MIV and Bypass valves.
