Preparation of detailed working estimate along with analysis of rates on the latest market rates on the basis of approved working drawing of the public works department complete in all respect in manuscript form and submission of the same to higher office for approval.If any correction/ammendment has desired by the head office the same shall be corrected as desired and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. After approval the same should be submitted in 3copies (three) as per condition of TOR. The rate is inclusive all taxes excluding GST levy by the government time to time.
