The size of the shutter frame should be suitable for 2Nos. door panels/single panel depending upon the size of nitchesDOOR PANEL: The door panel shall have support in U-Shape formation made from 16G.M.S. sheet with 4”x3/4”M.S. channel duly spot welded to give additional strength. The door panel shall be fixed with frame with the help of concealed M.S. hinges of suitable size having good strength. The door panel shall be provided with a bolting arrangement either of Godrej type or such type so as to interlock the door panel with frame. The handle shall be of superior quality and nickel plated to facilitate its opening. The door panel must have as arrangement to provide a pad lock. FINISHING: The frame & the door panel should be given anti-rust, anti-grease and phosphate treatment with 3 in 1 paste and then spray painted with two coats of paint of superior quality. The shutter should be earthed properly with the existing earth with No.8SWG wire after erasing the paint from the body of the Shutter.
