Dismantling of existing 2 Nos. de-watering pump set installed at the site including existing damaged pipe & complete dewatering system from the pit. Dismantling of electric connection with the help of manual labour and all the safety precautions & required tool tackles as per site requirement.

Supply of 5 HP sewage waste water handling submersible type pumps sets of 3 phase, 415 V, Copper winding, SS Shaft, CI Body, Maximum solid size 35mm with a Head of 15-20 mtr discharge 800-1400 Lpm or more for sewage water dewatering purpose. Make: Kirloskar / DJB Approved make

Supply of wall mounted cubical electrical panel in sheet metal enclosure suitable for above pumps comprising of ammeter, voltmeter, DDL contractor, indicating lamps, overload relay, MCB single phase preventer and with all required protection for safety of pump sets, duly wired & painted suitable for running the 5 hp dewatering pump-set. Supply of various size nut bolts as per site requirement.

Supply of MS flanges of 80 mm 11 mm thick duly 4 holed as per the site requirement

Supply of 80 mm MS bend having flanges on both ends.

Fixing of GI flanges, bends as required for fixing of de-watering pump sets, Fixing of pipes vertically in existing delivery i/c fixing of valves and NRV’s in the delivery line of de-watering pump-sets.

Making of suitable stand of H channel for fixing both the pump sets with clamp as per requirement at site. Laying of cable in a proper manner and making complete electrical connections. Installation / commissioning of dewatering pump set and all allied electrical items including panel.
