| 3 | Plugging off the total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate and making the arrangement of gunny bag to stop the sewage in the channal and removing the exess swage by dewatering pump. |
| 4 | Removing of floating material/grit etc. from the bottom of channel from inlet to bar screen system and clear the choking if any with the help of required machineries and manual heavy labour. The work will carry out with proper safety according to NHRC guidelines. |

| 7 | Providing & Fixing of SS 304 ‘C’ channel guider in vertical Position of 40 feet Long of size 100mm x 50mm, thickness 5 mm on both side walls in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of ss plate of size 200x200x10mm , 08 Nos. with ‘C’channel duly drilled 4 no. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with fasteners of 16 mm inside the wall of channel. |
| 8 | Repairing/Renovation existing stainless steel (Grade 304) Bar screen of size approx 10 feet long and 3 feet width made by S.S. 304 angle 75x75x5mm for frame and flat 40x6mm inner portion welded one by one on 25mm gap in each flat, and P/F of angle 75x75x5 mm (SS 304) around 35 feet and flat bar (SS304) around 40 mtr. are required for the work. And the work of making the clamping system at upper side of screen for fixing the hook of EOT crane by heavy duty SS material, SS plate, SS pin shaft with nut etc. as per job requirement including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing with necessary arrangement as per site requirement. |
| 9 | Strengthening/renovation of existing MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The existing conveyor system was made by MS C Channel and angles. Needs to be replacing the all roller and providing small rollers in mid portion of conveyor system 06 Nos set . of the conveyor belt system and P/F of conveyor motor i/c all required tools & tackles and machinery and as per the direction of engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Fabrication and fixing of canopy for safety purpose of complete system from the rain, and dismantled the existing canopy form the bar screen system. The tin shed fabricated by MS sheet size of 7 mtr length x 3 mtr wide with 5 mm thickness and angle of size 50x50x6mm, (for supporting the sheet and supporting the whole canopy with existing system with the help of angle 75x75x6 mm) flat iron of size 50x6mm nut bolts and washer and sheet thickness is 5 mm for canopy as per site requirement. | 11 | Providing of MS. Nut bolts with washer of various size. |
| 12 | Providing/Fixing of distribution box for supply of whole system of bar screens from LT panel to bar screen and also P/F of 4 core aluminum armored wire 16 sq mm, length 90 mtr. cable by main supply to bar screen arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement as per site requirement. The job also includes of cable its laying in ground & wall with proper clamping and mounting of cable and connection to main LT panel with accessories etc. make of cable :-Havells, grandly, djb approved make. |
