Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous

PCC work in M- 20 Grade of concrete with 20 mm & down graded size CBHG chips including hoisting & laying & cost, conveyance to site , royalty , Cess DMF & EMF and additinol royalty etc. All taxes of all materials complete.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Straight run Bitumen on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & bridge works as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29,prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after clearing the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum pre 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work (A/R P-186 Item-54)
