| 2 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 4 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III 75mm (seventy five millimetre) thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cyn (zero point eighteen cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals or as per the directiones of Engineer-In-Charge. | 5 | Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501. | 6 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation as per drawing and technical specificationi section 800, 1200 & 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge; as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government. |
| 7 | Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 700 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 8 | Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. The work should be done as per MORTH technical specification clauses 710.1.4 of IRC: 78 & 2200. | 12 | Providing and laying 25 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.50% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
