Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg/ sqm. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero Kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per MORTH Technical Specification 2013 Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction work, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder transported to site laid over a previously parpared surface withpaver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (Thirty milimrtre) thick with100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ (viscosity grade thirty)5.4% (Five point Four per cent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 2013 clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
