Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (fifty meter) and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ordinary soil including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:3:6 (one Cement : Three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
