Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm thick asphaltic concert laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead upto 1000 m The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by the Government. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm (Twenty Five millimeter ) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum (zero point zero zero five cubic meter) per 10 sqm (ten square meter) and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimeter) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000oC (one thousand degree celcius), protruding 1 mm to 4 mm (one millimeter to four millimeter) over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by the Government. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards up to 0.90 sqm as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRD Technical Specification Section 1700 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
